Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return your ModTote, here’s how it works.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have [14 / 30] days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

  • To be eligible, your item must:

    • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • Have all original tags, packaging and accessories included

    • Not be damaged by misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at themodtote@gmail.com with:

  • Your name

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or faulty

We’ll respond with instructions on where to send your return.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping, unless the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5–10] business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where we have sent a faulty or incorrect item.


5. Exchanges

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.


6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at themodtote@gmail.com within [7] days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
